In the campaign, the pmc is made up of loyalists who opposed the ultranationalists in the civil war in russia. So basically while they fight for money, they also hate makarov and are loyal to nikolai :)

Guys, the PMC stands for Private Military Contracters. They fight for who ever pays them the most. So even if Inner Circle was to pay them, the PMC would fight along side of them. PMC only cares about money. And btw, PMC is not owned by Ruskies.

The best theme for mw3 in my opinion...but I don't like the rest of the themes in mw3. Black ops had a few goods ones but mw2 was my favorite theme wise (navy seals, rangers, opfor)

PMC stands for Private Military Company. They are basically a group of mercenaries that perfer to work as a team instead of solo. They can be whoever the hell joins the specific company. They are not Nikolai's men to be exact. Its kinda impossible for him to hire an entire PMC to help fight a major military power in the middle of WWIII. He would need millions of dollars to pay each of the members. PMC's are real, and expensive as shit. They are on the side of whoever hires them.
