THIS FAB FOUR" THE'Y'RE REALLY AN AWESOME BAND! OF ALL THE BEATLES TRIBUTE BANDS THAT DOES EVERYTHING PERFECT "NOTE FOR NOTE. I LISTENED TO ALL OF THE SGT. PEPPER TRACKS! ....SOUNDS GREAT!!!!!!!!!
saw these guys perform a few years ago with my wife at Casino Rama in Ontario and they were incredible! Apparently even the real Paul McCartney has seen them live and was very impressed to see some songs they had never performed on stage done in this fashion!
I just came back from one of their concerts and they were awesome! They were kinda funny too. The Paul really looks like the real one. And they all sound like the people they're impersonating.
This is by far one of the best tribute bands I have seen, I'm not refering to the fact that they cover the beatles but the fact that they are a great cover band, every detail is there. Yes I know they will never emulate the Beatles exactly, no one can that is why the band is unique but in my book they are extremely good. Well done! and they probably got laid that very same night hahhahhaha they deserve it.
@hsjames1 Nah, its the Fab Four. Rain used to be great. But now they're too old. And they're outclassed by The Fab Four. The Fab Four have that youthful Beatles feel to them.
These guys really ARE the best Beatles tribute band around... if I could say ONE itsy fault about 'em, and it's really nothing, is that they tend to overdo their prompting with the audience. Not so much in THIS clip, but they do a lot of "come on!" and "join in!" and "let's hear ya!" and "sing along now!" There's no need for all of that, we're ALREADY singing along - a lil' overboard with the Vegas-show type of audience response pulling. But hey, even with a bit of that they're STILL the best!!!
Penn or Teller (on tape) tells the audience there are "no tapes" used in the show. So who's doing the animal noises at the start here? I think it's a clever use of words. When they have to do it "live" as in Liverpool, Adelphi, 2004 they're a bit dodgy. You should have seen the look on their faces when they had to use the house desk. They look good though. BTW it's "Paul" who goes "into a dream" and sings"....AHH" It's drenched in reverb & sounds like John but it's Macca, not Lennon. Peace.
They're really an awesome band! Of all the Beatle Tributr Bands that exist this is the very best band that does everything perfect note for note. I listenend to all of the Sgt Pepper tracks except for two. I still have yet to hear "Within You, Without You" and "When I'm Sixty Four"
They've performed Within Without you before they did this concert. One of the first times I saw them perform at Disneyland they did that song. They do a great job, but they used a background track of a sitar when I saw them. Did they bring in a sitar player for this?
There are many Beatles tribute bands that play Disneyland. The Fabs don't use background tracking and had never performed this song, live, before this concert. The Disneyland shows were mainly the Greatest Hits package. Michael, who plays George, has what he calls a baby sitar that he plays like a guitar. That is what they use plus other, more professional India-playing musicians.
this is not Sgt. Pepper's/A Day in the Life this is sgt peppers (reprise) idiot

Yes, they had an entire group performing with Michael. The entire group came out for final bows at the end of A Day in the Life.
