We know he edits these videos. Unless there's a thing that says, Continuously shot clip, then it's gonna be edited, and not all edits can be made perfect sure. Illusionists, especially televised ones, will use the advantage of stopping and starting the shot to make it look even more impossible, just like when a live show is done, they all use a double, it's fake, made to look real, but that's the whole point of an illusion. They make you think, good eyes btw:)

What you seem to be missing is that the shots of the people you are referring to are from the building side with camera shooting OUT toward the street...Criss is FACING that crowd in this stunt. So the camera shots where you are saying.."Look through their legs....no people." This perspective is being shot from the curb or the street TOWARD the building so when we are looking at Criss do the illusion the crowd is BEHIND the camera. When they show the crowd shots it is completely opposite

Chris Angel is an American Hero! I love his show and yes it is illusions but he performs them great. My 13 year old son has met him in person and he is a super nice man as well. He is a great magician and a great illusionist. I have seen alot of David Copperfield, Lance Burton and Chris Angel and they are all amazing at making magic come to life. You can criticize all you want but I prefer to Believe and enjoy. Yes it is not real and it is smoke and mirrors but he is amazing!! Thanks!!!!!
I once had to suffer through watching the Criss Angel show at a friends house and all I can say is he needs to hire better actors. The ones I saw were very fake and bad at improve to the point where it just made me sick.

'Criss Angel is a fraud' does not refer to him not being a superhuman wizard. It refers to him being a fraud as an illusionist. His tv shows are rife with video editing and plants. The trick often requires green screens and camera jumps. His sleight of hand is ridiculously clumsy, thus the camera will often be pointing at the "crowd" while he slips something into his sleeve or what have you. The main camera shoots facing the building and from the start only a few people are behind him... The second camera facing the "Crowd" which is located is on the street and on the sidewalk (actually visible through their legs if you look...) As for using one continuous shot its called professional video editing and it involves keeping the viewer interested by not having one long drawn out shot.

What you seem to be missing is that the shots of the people you are referring to are from the building side with camera shooting OUT toward the street...Criss is FACING that crowd in this stunt. So the camera shots where you are saying.."Look through their legs....no people." This perspective is being shot from the curb or the street TOWARD the building so when we are looking at Criss do the illusion the crowd is BEHIND the camera. When they show the crowd shots it is completely opposite

Illusions are just that illusions. He has shown on his shows his flubs at the end of the show, shows how to do a trick. and I remember his "becoming a kid again" illusion. at the end of the show he showed the kid that was dressed like him.
You have alot of time on your hands to point out the obvious. It's about intertainment mr. assesrus. and if you can do better go for it. I can't walk talk and chew gum at the same time. let alone do one of his illusions. Peace

Chris Angel is an American Hero! I love his show and yes it is illusions but he performs them great. My 13 year old son has met him in person and he is a super nice man as well. He is a great magician and a great illusionist. I have seen alot of David Copperfield, Lance Burton and Chris Angel and they are all amazing at making magic come to life. You can criticize all you want but I prefer to Believe and enjoy. Yes it is not real and it is smoke and mirrors but he is amazing!! Thanks!!!!!

I once had to suffer through watching the Criss Angel show at a friends house and all I can say is he needs to hire better actors. The ones I saw were very fake and bad at improve to the point where it just made me sick.

I agree with the creator of this video. He does claim to use a continuous shot.. So he's claiming that he's doing these tricks on his own when he's not. It's all editing skills. For that, he is in fact, a fraud and is not a true magician.

'Criss Angel is a fraud' does not refer to him not being a superhuman wizard. It refers to him being a fraud as an illusionist. His tv shows are rife with video editing and plants. The trick often requires green screens and camera jumps. His sleight of hand is ridiculously clumsy, thus the camera will often be pointing at the "crowd" while he slips something into his sleeve or what have you. The reason he gets more crap than most other magicians is because he can't do this on a live stage.

Chris Angel is very good at what he does... magic TRICKS. He never posed himself as a god or any type of mystic. He calls himself an illusionist, and that is exactly what he is. Some of his stunts are rather amazing, and years ago might have been mistaken as miracles. He is not claiming such things. They are tricks. Get over it... And listen to happier music....

Criss Angel is an illusionist, he makes you believe his tricks are real when they are actually set ups. He lets you try and figure out how he did it, he even tells people how to do some of his tricks. There is no such thing as magic so he can't be "fake" David Copperfield and Siegfriend and Roy were also ILLUSIONISTS but you don't see people giving them shit for being illusionists.

At @2:17, if you really are looking carefully through the legs of the people surrounding the trash can, you will notice other people standing around. This was probably not done in one take, the truth is, no television show, unless performed live is. It's actually very hard not to edit anything. If you really want to see Criss Angel perform his illusions, one ought to go to Vegas to see a show. Or you could just buy a kit and do this shit yourself.

Your a idiot... based on the camera angles that illusion was perfectly legit to have been done live... The main camera shoots facing the building and from the start only a few people are behind him... The second camera facing the "Crowd" which is located is on the street and on the sidewalk (actually visible through their legs if you look...) As for using one continuous shot its called professional video editing and it involves keeping the viewer interested by not having one long drawn out shot.

It is a reality TV show. He is an entertainer. He has a cast of dozens of actors. The dude with the sideways hat on has been in at least 3 of his shows. I have been watching some of the shows on netflix and have seen repeat faces in the crowds that he supposedly has never met.
