Foreign aid is just part of a shell game. It also have nothing to do with 'charity'.
Africa gives the West $4 dollars of raw materials (gold, diamonds, copper, industrial metals), and the west gives Africa $1 back as 'foreign aid' or 'donor aid', of course with strings attached that make sure their own corporations get all the contracts and the 'democratically elected' governments keep the shell game going.
The MDC and other neoliberal parties are part of that game.
