As this is just a video of my 1RM and I had no idea what I could lift at the time I literally made the jump within 10 mins, lol.
I can usually increase my DL 5-10 lbs every 2-3 weeks at this point working up to doing a full 5x5 set, once I hit that I start to increase again. I like to add on some extra reps at the heavier weight at the end of my 5x5 and the next week do 3x5 of what I was doing and 2x5 of the new weight, eventaully working it up to 5x5.
lol only 210 more lbs and your matching a 15 year old high school kid lol just kidding but nice work thats good for a girl

How long did it take from 195 to 225? I'm at 200now.
