I was able to achieve the erratic exposure variations in the opening sequence by hand cranking the film through a Bolex 16mm film camera. There are also some sections of the film that were shot one frame at a time and with long exposure durations - which creates the blurring and streaking images.
You did a great job my friend. You could actually make a full lenght feature film with this story. This is true indie filmmaking at it's best. Keep up the good work.
