Very good, but I know for a fact that the first chord in the chorus as well as the pre-chorus is an F5 chord.

@holo13x Dude, I hate to tell you, but your tab is definitely not exactly what Brendon plays... It is close though. He doesn't tune a whole step down, for one. That's too low, he maybe tunes a half step down at most, I've heard him play standard and a half step down. Plus, if you write a tab transposed a whole step down, the chords are different due to the new voicing... Your tab excludes the flourish he plays from Am to Gadd11(32001x) to C and back to Gadd11 for one.

Also, when he says "she had nothing left to sell him" Brendon actually plays three chords there they look like this (x77xxx) (x77555) (x55xxx). The rest looks alright though... Aside from being in the wrong key, those two things I noted, and your chord names being wrong, it looks pretty good. Much more accurate than the other offerings that are there.

@DrumteC No man, your arrangement is good. It isn't exactly what Brendon plays, but it sounds good and you aren't claiming to play it exactly how he does. I've really never heard him play a whole step down, because he doesn't sing that low. Your arrangment is easier to play than his for the most part. I actually play it similiar to the way you do except on the bridge, which I play Brendon's way, and the intro and outro I transposed the keyboard parts to my guitar...
