@Andywp7 I do not believe Jack Hanna has any mental deficiencies. He has a college education and has had a career for several years as a successful zoo director. He's merely passionate about what he believes in (educating people about animals) and seems, to me, to be entirely focused on that during the interview and doesn't really want to respond to Letterman's comedy. He might think differently than some people, however, I do not think this makes him retarded.

Cheetahs don't prefer cattle or sheep & that's really not happening a lot in Africa. Farmers assumed it was happening or would happen so they were shooting a lot of cheetahs in the late 1990's. Cheetahs prefer the chase & their natural prey. Letterman's stupid comment about animals "needing" to be culled. That's not because they're so plentiful but because humans are so plentiful leaving little room for the animals. Also, cheetahs don't have small lungs but oversized lungs, heart and liver.
