Those racks look so much better suited for jerky making than regular "out of an old oven" type. The gaps are just right to hold the jerky strips from falling off.
Where can that type be found/bought?

@badbulletvideo Looks to me like they are cooling racks for cookies etc. Can be found at any fred meyer, walmart, target in the baking section. :)
