  • LOL crossfit

  • Good video. Love the use of biomechanical terminology.

  • How do you substitute these?

  • Thanks! This is helpful. I did a wod with these without watching your vid and it totally f'ed me up for a week. I'm gonna do it your way.

  • A month ago I add 3 sets of 15 of these to my warm up. I was liking it until today, and I had several days to rest. I did regular situps and after about 60 felt the muscles across the middle of my back fatigue, never got this before, might have to ditch this move if it negative effects sit ups. Anyone else experting this?

  • Glassman could use a few sit ups himself. This is kind of like Charlie Sheen telling me to live clean and sober as he drinks a Jack and Coke and rubs at some suspicious looking white power underneath his nose.

  • @sosy1325 It could be that his muscles are fine but he's not eating right. Diet affects body fat far more than exercise does. Last I heard a lot of the Crossfit boxes are pushing the Zone diet now. They should have stuck with Paleo.

  • can someone tell me if I should bend or not my knees cause i'm not english speaking and don t really understand if I should bend them or not thanks

  • @Sangpour100vrai As you come back up from the sit up you should lock your knees to isolate your larger hip flexors nearer your pelvis

  • @Sangpour100vrai I don't know if anyone answered this question for you or not, or perhaps you've already asked someone else and have gotten your answer. Release, or soften the knees to go back, lock the knees to spring forward. Go slow with this at first, until you learn the correct the sequence.

  • That dude was copping some good feels.

  • Damn Nicole Carroll is a babe.

  • I did 125 of these the first time I ever did them. I couldn't stand up straight for 12 days.

  • @duskwalker2

I did 100 for the first time and I"m experiencing something similar. Does it gradually go away on its own? Thanks.

  • @duskwalker2 I had a similar experience but it was 7 days!

  • Stretch...stretch...and stretch some more.

I've suffered for years with tight HF and other than massage, all I could do was stretch it out.

Try the Samson stretch, it's great.

  • what if you have tight hip-flexors already?
