ps3 is always fucking games up, and ps3 fans are always desperately searching for reason that the xbox 360 might suck in any way, xbox 360 is a perfect gaming console and still the best one. and I own them both.. ps1 and 2 are the greatest, ps3 is where playstation started to suck.

@Spade103XBL It's more expensive to buy a 400-600 dollar console or two every 3-6 years, than upgrade a computer, plus consoles don't get mods. But hey I agree with you skyrim is awesome regardless of whatever you get it on, however PC doesn't have the problems that the consoles get, there's no texture popping, or broken save games.
@rybub07 I bought one console in 2006 and i haven't upgraded since.. Yet i've bought 2 computers since. It's much cheaper to buy one console every 6 years for $299 rather than buying a pc for $400-$1000 and upgrading it for $50-$300 every year to keep up with new games. And PC has more problems, driver problems, harddrive crashes, low framerates (ahem, ps3...), perhaps your specs aren't up to date.. I like putting a game in my Xbox and knowing it'll work just as the developers intended.

There were over 9000 platformers in the NES era and when games like wolfenstein 3D, DooM and Goldeneye came out, people liked them better than tired old platformers. Just like they'll grow tired of FPSs now that there's so much of them, and move to sth else. Maybe RPGs are the next, and we'll all be cursing dragon age 7 or 8 when RPGs get old.
That MW 3 broke selling records is not a proof of it being a good game, it's a proof of that ever little kid on the planet will buy any game that has Call Of Duty in the title..... Call Of Duty is the moste over rated game title ever...
And no; i'm not saying it's bad, it's just extremely over rated.
Why MW3 sells more, it doesn't require a 3000usd machine to run it, the console versions struggles to keep it smooth. But BF3 is a way more entertaining, even with low PC settings.

As for MW3, I haven't tried it yet, I'll probably rent it for the campaign, but I can tell what the multiplayer looks like since it hasn't changed since MW2 or CoD4.

@dbzisthebest100 anyone who has played a bethesda game should expect this. oblivion, fallout 3, fallout NV all had issues that needed to be fixed post launch. it just goes with the territory when you are making these massive open world games. problems are going to happen. they test them as much as they can but they cant find every problem pre launch. just think of the first few weeks after launch as beta testing lol.

There were over 9000 platformers in the NES era and when games like wolfenstein 3D, DooM and Goldeneye came out, people liked them better than tired old platformers. Just like they'll grow tired of FPSs now that there's so much of them, and move to sth else. Maybe RPGs are the next, and we'll all be cursing dragon age 7 or 8 when RPGs get old.

That MW 3 broke selling records is not a proof of it being a good game, it's a proof of that ever little kid on the planet will buy any game that has Call Of Duty in the title..... Call Of Duty is the moste over rated game title ever...

Why MW3 sells more, it doesn't require a 3000usd machine to run it, the console versions struggles to keep it smooth. But BF3 is a way more entertaining, even with low PC settings.

@kaladias I do, but they are too immature or too big headed and prideful of CoD to come to terms that the CoD franchise has been all downhill after WaW. WaW was probably the last CoD game I enjoyed.
MW2, BO were terrible, yet they get great praise from websites, probably due to the fact Activision pays them to get high scores.
As for MW3, I haven't tried it yet, I'll probably rent it for the campaign, but I can tell what the multiplayer looks like since it hasn't changed since MW2 or CoD4.

@TheTito1315 Yes I mean same engine, and same gameplay mechanics as well.
But the reason why MW3 sold that much in so little time was due to mass marketing towards an audience they would undoubtedly buy their product. Little 13 - 16 year olds.
Sure there are older fans of the franchise, but they are very few, cause they are the people who acknowledge their franchise isn't the best and has its faults, the rest (the little kids) don't.

@dbzisthebest100 anyone who has played a bethesda game should expect this. oblivion, fallout 3, fallout NV all had issues that needed to be fixed post launch. it just goes with the territory when you are making these massive open world games. problems are going to happen. they test them as much as they can but they cant find every problem pre launch. just think of the first few weeks after launch as beta testing lol.

bethesda should just given skyrim to other company so they can port it to ps3, like they did with oblivion. im so glad that i got my skyrim for 360 and not ps3.
