you find somewhere online that has the song you want download it then burn it on to a cd then put the song on your xbox. Or you can put it on a music player and conect the music player (ipod, zune, etc..) to your xbox.
The goal chant is no in the game, so you have to download from somewhere on the internet. I'm sure there is a site that has it for download somewhere. Once you download it just do what I posted above and then go into the game and choose the song as the home goal song.
right click the song and pick create AAC version. then right click, pick get info, then options. set a start time so you hear the part you want first.

when you play the song it should start at the time you set in the getinfo/options menu.
