  • Please see the You Tube Video: Old Spice Navy Spirit Spot! Garrovickius therein forever holds the Helm and Ship of Uncle Albert at least metaphorically for He is Symbollically speaking special Guardian,Keeper, and Custodian of Marino's Wheel of the Law on side NAUT(the Reverse Side) of the Strobil!

  • Wow 41 years - yup that's about being that I was about 7 when I started playing GFR and I'm almost 50. Great job both of you - Don't know how i missed this. Great job! The fact that you and your son are jammin is just awesome in itself.

  • @TheDrumChannel Thanks Joe....Yeah it's hard to believe that these classics that are still so "today" and continually being played by the younger generation are that old....Time flies...my two boys play guitar, bass and drums...it is cool when we can play together...I am hoping to do more of that now that the colder weather is coming and we are indoors more...You Rock Joe...You are a top notch drummer and have the best smile when you play...you are really enjoying it as it shows...keep rocking

  • Excellent cover. I stumbled on this video why searching for GFR. I will admit that before the first note was play I assumed the worst (no bass, no drum). But by the time you reached the bridge I was totally sold. Great job!

  • @kcycrs Hey......thanks so much for watching. Your compliment means alot. GFR was a great hard driving rock band with alot of sound coming from the bass and drums which really defined alot of their sound. The funny thing is that I play drums and my son plays bass so we could have added the tracks. I decided to make it simple but stay within the framework of the song.....Thanks again....Nick (& Paul)

  • the eletric guitar player is stoned for sure

  • Nick & Paul, nice one. You guys sound great together. I'm a fan of wah -wah. This song reminds me of my last year in the USAF where I was stationed in Anchorage Alaska. Good audio mix. Keep 'em coming.

  • @rhythmantic Thanks Sal.....that is one of the great things about music when it brings you back in time. There are certain songs that bring me back to specific times in my life. Sometimes it is not even any important event but just reminds me of a place I was at. The wah wah pedal is a cool effect. We actually did the cover over because we didn't use it and I knew I'd be kicking myself. ..... kind of like doing a drum cover of Honky Tonk Woman without a cowbell...

  • Very Nice Guys! Ha, take 1million and three, i can relate!., not an easy song to pull offand you did a great job., 2 thumbs up!
