My question is, why isn't Pawlenty doing something about Koua Fong Lee, the guy in a Minnesota prison who accidentally killed with his defective Toyota? Something tells me if Koua Fong Lee was a white Republican something would have been done by now.

@TheSuperLiberal My answer is that a governor shouldn't be stepping into an ongoing appeal and applying his will to the law. The courts administer themselves.
