I was just at Disney World recently (not Disneyland) and I got a blue one that was nice and fully inflated just the way I like. The vendor went out of his way to find one for me just like that. I was so happy. Yeah I'm a guy in my 20s, who cares? And they apparently don't sell certain colors anymore, like pale blue. All I saw around the park were red, blue, pink and purple. And there was only one yellow or green. And I hate how certain people never inflate the bubble properly.

@stevarino1989 It really depends on the Season. Some colors fade out when new ones come in and they are fairly cycled around.

I found some Qualatex Mickeys online and tried this myself on a regular helium tank. I can't do it as good as Disney. Plus the ears aren't full enough here. I like it when the ears are nice and full. I guess the tank here is pressurized. I also kind of lol'ed at when the ears were inflated "rhythmically."
