hey, i have a window 7, but my computer is getting slow lately, when i watch youtube videos it load very slow or it doesnt load at all. when i open my window task manager processes, theres a lot of programs i dont know, and it uses a lot of my computer memory. im too scare to delete them because i dont know if it will make my programs stop working properly in the future
Hey, i was wondering if you could help me, when i start my taskmanager it shows that there are two iexplorers open but i only see 1, why is this? and clould you tell me what Communications_ is? every time i turn off my computer it tells me to end the program along with other which names i cant remember. Thanks.
Sounds like some random program, but it could also be a virus. Windows will also corrupt itself in time so you might consider restoring. Remember restoring takes off all files, data, and installed programs you have added.
This means you only have 35% process loading on your CPU. Check to see what processes are running that total the 35%. The 65% is the available processing power left. Normally you should see greater than 90% System Idle Process with only a few minor processes running.
Just a quick question is there a way to stop some processes automatically opening when you boot your system???? Every time I boot up i go in and shut down about 10 processes I dont need...this is frustrating and time consuming ....hope you can help out.....thank you
Windows comes with two accessories designed for monitoring and configuring the startup programs and services. One is the System Configuration Utility and the other is the Services Console. The Registry Editor can also be used to control startup but is a last resort.
@frenchge i got a problem with my task manager, my applications and processess wont show up, i can close programs and all, but i cant change to anything else than those programs running, just in case i am gonna explain it better, -> i can close programs that dont answer and crashes, but i cant close the prossesses, is there a way to fix this? i really need answer, thx :)
Windows has a very vulnerable registry and is very vulnerable to malware. I run Glary utilities daily to clean the registry and AVG 2012 to fight off the malware. If I do get infected or have issues I restore Windows quickly using an imaging program. You have to become a computer tech to run Windows successfully. Unfortunately most users should be using a MAC instead of a PC.
CPU usage is a combined graph. However, you can open one CPU Usage History chart per CPU by clicking on the View tab and then CPU History then select One Graph per CPU. Hope this helps.
