this is not even close to fast. just because she can type numbers in quick doesn't mean she is fast. Fact: Produce items have universal codes, which means cashiers memorize them and eventually typing becomes muscle memory. Its really not that big of a deal.

from my cashier experience, some ppl appreciate a fast paced cashier who can get them out of the store ASAP. but some ppl dont like it because they're scared that the cashier might make a mistake and over charge them or just in case something is on sale but someone forgot to do their job and didn't register it into the system that it's an 'on sale' product.

I have to say that there is barely a shift that I do as a cashier that I do not get get "graded" less then a 100% (Green). That may have been a give away.
