It’s best to think ahead from as early as possible when preparing these tactics of course– it can be a real nightmare to pick apart a model and add support structures or cut it apart.
not that cool.. i was burning my history quiz outside once since i got an F along with a bunch of other papers and the ashes flew up into my face and almost burned my eye out
As the the bag is being burnt it is constantly changeing weight (getting lighter and lighter) because of the fact that heat rises the tea bags gets to a certain weight which the force of heat can over power causing the left- over tea bag to rise fromn the plate =D
The flame created by burning the teabag heated the air inside the teabag cylinder. When the air was heated energy was transferred to individual pieces of air called air molecules. The air molecules moved around more quickly and spread out to take up more space. This means that the air molecules were further apart from each other and therefore the air was less dense. The warmer, less dense air rose above the cooler, denser air.
My science teacher did this, this year but with tissue paper!!! haha one of the other teachers set his desk on fire purposely! haha 8th grade science is fun!!!
I don't live in colarado and im pretty sure Steve only appears on the 4 o clock news on mondays. Where can i watch the live news if i live in oregon? I have direct TV and i would like to know so i can watch and just please reply about what channel (oregon) and what time (oregon) PLEASE HELP I WANNA WATCH!
seriously, i subscribed just because of that fun-science tv show, not to see easy to explain vids that i saw already, put some better vids or you'll lose a subscriber
When it burns down to a certain point, the contrast in temperature from the air around you and the flame creates a small wind that pushes the ashes upwards, thus creating a rocket.
when the flame reaches the bottom the teabag gets light and is too light for the air so it starts floating and when its into ashes it floats down again because of the holes in it
We used to do this with the paper that Ameretti cookies came wrapped in, but alas, like the ditto paper, they got rid of that as well, probably was toxic, or not owned by Monsanto, like the rest of our world!! It would burn up and then float into the sky, magic indeed!
i tryed this befor this video was made and it didnt work, and it was winter so the heat from the flame should of caused an even bigger difference in air pressure
a string tied to it?......:/

Heat decrease the density of a object, thus when a object is smothered in fire, the heat decreases the density, allowing it to float.

thermal dynamics, the carbon thats left over is just swept up in the natural occurring air currents. Nothing special about this.

The heated air rises, and the burned bag is so light that it basically rides the air. Like a hot air balloon.
danielcarmi305 1 year ago
the flam creat an air flow like a termic, and when the tea bag is light enought (all burnt) the air flow make it flying.

Heat rises, and if the material it is attached to is light enough, it rises with it.

In Norway we call it swedish rocket (because we think they are stupid)(It's like Britain and France)
And you don't really need the plate because the teabag lifts off before it touches the table (tried it myself)

@tfbekkProductions Actually its sweden that makes fun of norweigans, you should be lucky we accepted you as your own country.

burning the paper makes the bag or ashes light enough to get lifted by the heat from the flame beneath it.
