Thank GOD for creating you Emily. After GOD created Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms... centuries ago. Now HE created in the 20th century another genius, and that's You, EMILY BEAR.
its like a love song............ a man who gamble and sacrifice his life to find or to save her love one........................... ahahahahahaha it made me cry but a man cry much meaningfull than girl's
mikakrstic that is really a rude thing to say about someone so talented. she's a 10 year old kid who's composing her own music already! I'd like to see you try that one day. I'm 15 and I've been playing for 13 years (since I was 2...taught myself) and I still can't play as well as she does!
It's always been my belief that all music has already been created. It's in the air all around us. All we have to do is pluck out the notes. Emily has the ability to do this, to go where God keeps all the music and pluck it off the heavens like a kid in a candy store grabbing sweets.
@mikakrstic wow thanks you've just visited my channel right??? that was my quotes!! Hahahah LOL, i know people are so curious of who i am just like you..:P :P :P :P :P :P :P btw, i'm a Piano lover and Fond of cat.
@pecintapiano : ) lol You are slightly wrong but ok ; ) You see me and some of the other peaple visit channels of people like you to get a good laugh out of it! It's really hard to find raw funny things these days. That's my little secret : ) Don't get me wrong please, I'm sure there are people that truly admire your channel!
The name of this song is "broken chords, chords and some scales forever repeated" She needs lessons in form, style, harmony, counterpoint, etc etc etc.
@mikakrstic Of course, she was playing it for the first time ever. It wasnt a pre composed piece. I'm sure you must be a music genious to do better than her.

when Mozart was young he performed before emperors.....but Emily performed before the earth....which makes her greater than Mozart...:) thanks for the music that captured every heart...
@MaestroRon05 You´re not right! In Mozarts time doesnt exist something like Youtube or myvideo. So how could he play for the earth? He cant give a concert for the world without youtube! And his compositions are more complex and way harder to play than emilys peaces. I like her music very much but dont compare her to mozart. The mozart was and is the best Piano Player ever. In all ways!
@alexkiki95 Mozart's music wasn't really more complex, at least for the same age. Classical music is more constricted in terms of form and harmony than modern music. Emily is experimenting with richer chords than Mozart would have (try finding a suspended raised 4th over a IV chord in Mozart's music), simply because she's been introduced to more options in music. It's really impossible to measure, but Emily exhibits many of the talents that made Mozart so unique. She's very special.
has anyone introduced her to the church organ? I think she will be able to create something even more awesome :D (not that she's not awesome already).
Church organ hell! Introduce her to either the Balboa Theater Wonder Morton Theater organ in San Diego, or the former San Fransisco Fox Wurlitzer, at Disney's El Captain Theater in LA. If you are going to play an organ, it might as well have all the bells and whistles! LOL!! Much more awesome voicing than any Church organ. They are literally a Unit Orchestra.
In my last message, when I wrote "greatly limiting her," I meant her parents are doing a good thing. Genius won't be limited though. Whether she goes to Julliard or not, she'll be a force to be reckoned with when she's older - because she is now!
elektrokuma, there's no evidence of that. Like other genius's in history, you'd have to fight with her to keep her away from the piano. Her parents have greatly limited her, some people wanted her to go to L.A. or N.Y.C. to go into special music schools. Her parents are letting her have as normal a life as they can.
Someone like her comes along in perhaps 300 years. She can play a song with both hands as easily as most people can hum a tune, and I'm not exaggerating.
I think it is sad and pathetic when adults criticize anyone else's talent, especially that of a child. Good grief. Some pieces are easier, some more difficult. She's not a monkey showing her chops for your awe and wonder, she is an artist and a beautiful spirit.
Those critical comments stem from envy. Enjoy and appreciate, don't envy.
Worse, by far, are any comments about ANYONE's appearance. How shallow can you be!
The time I saw and heard her music here in the net, I just cant stop being enthralled by the magic of how she played.. God blesses her with such talent..
We live in an era of phenomenal pianism, so don't bother speculating about what "hard" pieces she could play, there's plenty of that in the world right now. The gift of this lady is the baffling sensibility and interpretative confidence she brings to it, which goes hand-in-hand with her compositional ability. You can see how she wraps her head around these pieces and proceeds from an innate grasp of them as a whole, something almost impossible to teach.
@jocelynems5 I apologize - I'm 15 years old and my 7 year old brother and his friend ran into my room and made that ugly comment. I didn't even notice it was there until now. Soooo sorry and yes, Emily is beautiful.
They should challenge her now. She can obviously improvise extremely well, therefore she can learn extremely quickly.
She has amazing technique. Give her some hard hard stuff, like Liszt. Really hard stuff. Not sort of hard stuff that people who can't play think is amazing for someone to play.
I mean, give her one of the transcendental etudes.
Thank GOD for creating you Emily. After GOD created Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms... centuries ago. Now HE created in the 20th century another genius, and that's You, EMILY BEAR.

@alonaefr When someone plays too fast it's usually due to nervousness, so, she was probably nervous. Give her some slack. She's only young.
