you do realize that that golf swing is kind of the same it just has your weight centered over the golf ball thats all if that swing provided results and better ball striking is that why sam sneads golf swing is still the best and the won who resembles it most just won a major with great ease mcilroy i mean...??so stack and tilt is pointless your going to be hitting low draws and high ball flight is vital on tuff courses where shot shape matters..
question for you....where exactly did charlie wi place in that tourney?
why cant you use your hands in the golf swing? im 5'5 110 and i hit the ball 285 no joke either, why do a golf swing that the odds of shanking are up 100%
@ajmurphy21 , Odds of shanking 100%, lol, stack and tilt is the easiest way to make great contact without all of that back and forward lunging swing everyone else uses. Its unbelievable how pure shots come off using stack and tilt.
Very predictable ball flight and consistently crisp contact and compression.
@GrimTactics sorry im not a believer i couldnt tell you how many times i broke 70 with my weight 30 on left and 70 on right with the driver, 50 50 with the irons, but if you break 70 with that method, then it works for you.
@ajmurphy21 Then by all means continue man, to each his own. I only went to stack and tilt because I could not advance further with the traditional swing.
With S&T my scores are consistant and my shots predictable, but for those who are good as is with the old swing, then by all means dont change. I just get tired of snt bashers who comment with no knowledge of the swing.
@khil28 Because S&T has the wrists staying firm (right wrist flying wedge and flat left wrist) throughout. Doing a conventional followthrough would just be for show. S&T is all about economy of motion and reduction of variables to get the golf ball flying in a repeatable, predictable way (which is what golf is all about...not about posing).
Was that a little push fade? Kinda CF-ish...

Stack and tilt certainly helped me and my wife.

If the shoulders turn 85 to 110 degrees that's really all that matters. it just looks short because the hands are packed inside.

Why don't stack and tilters finish their backswing? Is it imperative that they stop it short? Cause it kinda looks forced.
