I ask myself that quite often. I just never could translate my speed into the approach. Two throws before that one I tore my meniscus, and my knee was starting to swell up really fast...
Well, for me to get my approach faster i used bungee cords to get used to moving faster, sort of like throwing a 600g javelin to speed up my arm. I know that you are throwing for college and they might not be open to new concepts but the bungee cords always worked for me.
Your form is great..but i just wanna know why dont you run faster? I mean you would be well over the 70m if you just get a little faster so you hit the block harder and your arm will just fling so fast and you'll see that making of an awesome throw. But anyway nice throw.

But again your injury could have an affect so good luck with getting better.
