I used to read up on PUA literature back in high school and it really helped me get out of my shell. What Neil said here is right on the dot though. I got good but that bit me in the ass because my success led me to believe I didn't have to try anymore and guess what? - I reverted. So now I sit here, picking up the pieces but with much less success than before. :(

seriously now, there is no such thing as seduction. PUA techniques have never been proved effective. @SeductionMyth Very true. A lot of the stuff females find attractive have evolutionary roots. A lot of evolutionary psychological explanations for things like attraction are complete bullshit but there's some good shit in there. As an example humans are more likely to be attracted to people with different genetic makeups than them. The MHC complex, for example, is a signal of genetic heterozygosity and has been implicated in pheromone signaling - stuff beyond our conscience awareness!
