Once again another awesome DVD Christophe. For anybody wanting to learn how to really throw elbow and knee strikes get this DVD and it will change everything you thought you knew. I am saving up for the XMA DVDs.

Chris definitely knows his stuff. I've held pads for people both before and after they took his seminar. The difference is like night and day. I used to be able to hold pads for these guys all throughout our training sessions. Now I feel like they are going to break my forearms through the pads... and that was just after one weekend of training with Chris
If you want to hit harder, learning from Chris is definitely a good way to go.
