actually i think the opposite is true - that the true nature of reality can easily be hidden by the difficult emotional experiences and anxiety of everything we think we have to do. when we can fall into a state of ease, peace, and relaxation - when we are in tune with who we truly are within ourselves - we are closer to living in this present moment. coming closer to touching the true face of reality. amen.
