I was leant a copy of The Illuminatus Trilogy back in 1990 and have never looked back. Wilson squeegied my third eye wide open and I love his work. He is by far and away my favourite writer of any genre.

i absolutely love the way he talkes! i've found his book "cosmic trigger" (from 1979 i think) inside my bookshelf, i bought it around 2002 and i remember (i was 16 or 17) thinking "hell, what a hippie, weird stuff but cool" and now, reading it again, it's almost ridicoulous how it perfectly fits today, and everytime, not to mention my mind expanding experiences with substances since then ;)
