I love this training scene! But what do sledgehammer exercises the twisting motions with the medicine ball do for the body? Does anyone know?

@senseiphilip i have done em. you should try. get an random person to stand back to back with you and do it. HOLD YOUR STOMACH IN TIGHT..... do that for about a min.... your stomach in the morning will be hurting. it's about pulling in the stomach muscles like a crunchie... but your working the sides and front....try for a week or two

this is a great training video for getting jacked/ripped.

hes training for explosive strength. mickey keeps yelling for speed. you see him doing pushups and not bench presses which is perfect for someone trying to land jabs that feel like bricks faster than your eyes can see them coming.

something that bothers me when i train for running how people act so stupid around you and make you feel awkward. maybe its just me

@HorrormanNick i totally agree. that is why i bought a treadmill. being fat i dont need extra attention when running so i bought a treaddie and now i can run like a fool at home and have encouragement

went to a baseball game between the Braves and Marlins, my Braves were up 3-2 in the ninth, before the bottom of the inning, the Marlins played this part of the movie over the VideoTron, i said "oh no", Marlins came back and beat the Braves 4-3 , I felt it coming and it happened, damn, lol
