Nalain means Shoe. And what you see on the moon in this video is the Shape of the Blessed Nalain Mubarak of our Prophet Muhammad(Peace Be Upon Him).

Which is also the symbol of AhleSunnat Wal Jama'at, which means that Ahle Sunnat is on Haq, Alhamdulillah.
