@BatteriesDead i think they r for boys and girls. men can like pretty things and hair dressing too and men can like horses and ponies and i think males would like the adventure storylines in the MLP cartoons. i got bullied at school for likeing my little pony and my dad said they where for girls but i never belived him. i still collect them

@MahBoi22 Yes, two dollars then, but that particular pony is worth, like, 30 bucks now. And back combing the tail on this particular pony would result in dredded tangling that would render the "growing" feature useless.

I think it's intended this way. It's called "backcombing" or "teasing" and is a technique to make hair look fluffy and bulky. :>
