The level of pain determines the strategies we adopt to cope with it.... The depth of pain is determined by the threshold we have towards it... Pain..like all negativity... can be good....we all learn better from negativity (or pain) as opposed to positivity ( or a sweet life).!! The pain allows us to appreciate the sweet... If that makes sense to anyone!!
