Wonderful & Precise ! keep it up! I am practising yoga for the last 5 years and find Scorpion pose(Vrischik aasan) a bit difficult to hold. Most of the yoga that i have learnt is by myselves without a guru. Any tips Leena on how to master scorpion pose? Raj.
