actually no because a harp's legs or feet is what holds the weight, tilting the harp opens it up from the bottom where there's a big hole to let more sound out. And there should be no weight on your shoulders when tilting a harp. Besides, it's a small harp, a celtic harp. If it was a pedal harp, then it would be a little heavy for the kid to tilt it. anyway, its still cute
