This scene here is perhaps the best example of writing in the entire series.

In other cartoons, the mentor would lecture the progaonist on "what's important in life".

But here, that message is still sent by the mentor, but through the lessons learned and reported by the protagonist herself. Not wisdom imparted by the Princess, but a reminder of the wisdom Twilight has learned herself over the course of the series.

Far better than some of the deus ex machines other shows would use.
