@mehik7734 explain to me how that is leagal in any way. there are three ways to pick to third. Step of the rubber and throw (the step has to be back), a leg kick which the pitcher steps toward third, and a snap throw where the pitcher never disingages the rubber.

lol Sidearm FUCKS your arm up..trust me from experience,plus i threw so much sidearm when i was young every time i try to gun someone out from deep right field its hardly accurate cuz of it...THROW OVER HAND WHILE YOU STILL CAN!Submarine is retarded...just for looks and intimidation.You hardly see pros doin it...look at it that way.

@MNSports4Life i agree, side arm will screw with your elbow, but submarine and side arm isnt just for looks, it changes up the arm slot and allows different movement on the ball to be acomplished. its the reason why you see some pros who submarine make it, when other players who are more skilled dont.

@MNSports4Life no side arm is fine if you dont put all the stress on your elbow, i pitch both side arm and over the top and over the top is the only time it hurts. but i agree it is harder to control. i used to throw side arm as a catcher and i would literally have to aim about ten feet left because it would break into the bag
