@1989crownvictoriap71 no, the brackets are specific. The only way you would get one to fit an 89 would be used off ebay or if you made one/had one made.

I have a white 03' with the same license plate and center caps and it has the vent shades for the windows, has the spot light, I also put in a cd player instead of the stock radio. I plan on getting it a push bar, tinted windows (maybe %20 also) and center console. In time I'd like to supercharge it but not anytime soon.

Do you know of a good place I can get a cheap push bar from?
