Making a sim out to look authentically japenese is really, REALLY difficult. The problem is that most all of the facial features are primarily caucasian. Anything else, and you'll spend the next hour doing sliders. Seriously EA, what the hell?

Personally though, I find it hardest to do noses.

Let's get real here peeps: at the end of the day, this is how we all WISHED we looked, but we don't. Some of us may come out with big eyes or small mouths or cute noses or pale skin or the whole package, but we STILL wouldn't look like this. At least not naturally. And the pale skin thing is getting old and outdated anyways, haha. A lot of idols are getting tans these days and they look GORGEOUS. :) My point? Anime-looking sim? Yes. Asian sim? NO.
