You can crop pictures in paint too. Gimp aint faster.... It's all pretty slow work which is why people mostly just download other people's work.

Hmm... -hates fighter factory.- I found some spyro eternal night sprites did as you said to get colors as in the act colors the sprite sheeet had the colors and what not like that yet fighter factory put more than what was needed of colors, so I need a little help heh heh.... with creating a spyro character for mugen..

just to let u all know, when transferring colors across you dont have to do it 1 at a time, you can click the first one and hold shift then click the last one. do the same on the left palette and click transfer colors. 256 is ok this way

nice tutorial, hey you know the part where your selecting the colours 1 by 1, yeh you can actually just grab select all of them with shift then select the corresponding number on the other side and just press the transfer button :)

Why doesnt everyone use Game Maker instead of Mugen to make fighting games? Sure Mugen is easier, but Game Maker will allow you to do a hell of a lot more than Mugen ever will.
