Ghost Rider would kill the Predator. He's a demon from hell that uses powers of evil from another dimension to fight with. However, the Ghost Rider uses his evil powers for good. And the Predator is a hunter looking for dangerous game to hunt, so may engage and try to hunt the Ghost Rider. I don't know if the Predator has a soul or not though, but if he did, the Penance stare would definitely do something to him.
As powerful as a Predator is, he's way below GR's league. GR has fought the strongest version of the Hulk and could have beaten him. Hellfire burns the soul, so he can't take the flame, and let's not forget that chain and the Penance Stare.
In a comedic sense, yes. But in all seriousness NO, Ghost Rider's flames are HELLFIRE a supernatural Flame, it can't be put out by water. If I recall I don't think Holy Water even works on him.
