well jerichoholic619 i havnt used the ab king so i wouldnt know if it works but if you want to lose belly fat then you hav to cardio exercise which is stuff like walking, running, skipping(jump rope) walking(fast), swimming,that kind of exercise daily you have to do this at least 45 minutes a day and eat really healthy because diet is one of the key factors to stomachc weight try doing that every day and see the results but if you want it to be toned then ab exercises are also really good
would this work for me even if i didn't necersarily want abs fast? just a tight non flabby stomach? cause thats all i really need coz im 13.would u anyone recomend buying it for that????plz someone reply!

i do like 200 a day , and ive been doing it for a month and 2 weeks , i only see a slightly difference , but my abs aint showing yet , im not fat though ,
umm try to ..do it more differently...try to use your legs.. ..bring your legs straight and shift it... up n down... knee to legs.. one two. one two... sorry for crappy advice but just use it more effeciently. hehe

hey sometimes the ab king pro graze (rasp) me behind my knees on both legs while i'm doing it. i'm doing 4sets of 20 and each time I advance a set I add 5 more it takes me like 10 min daily. I recommend to use this before breakfast, try using this when you get up from bed in the morning, and u will burn fat on all the abdomen quickly.

I just add a 3 minute jog on the spot and then getr into the abking pro 4 another 3-5 minutes. then I do a set of 20 press ups then stretch
