Well SM Entertainment does select from the best. They hold auditions all over the world it seems. Obviously, if you have no talent at all, you're not gonna even make it in. Naturally some people are already good dancers, like Henry (saw past videos of him dancing) and HanKyung (who I think is from a dance academy).
