At no point in the games has that ever been stated, no. I'm not sure where you've picked up the idea. If it's from Grit referring to Colin as 'son' in dialogue, I'd be more inclined to put that down to his southern dialect than any kind of parentage.
@MalusCalibur I might have just thought that up im not sure, but I might be picking that up from where he referred to Colin as his son, you may be right.
I ideally use sami for this, who, in my opinion, is a better CO for this map than hawke. The rapid capture and powerful mechs combined with the ai's refusal to buy anything more expensive than flak tanks allows for a rapid victory. Hawke is much more suited to greater scale warfare.
Hmm, Mech spam, advance wars campaign playthrough, kid whos name I cant remember...
Operation GET BEHIND THE MECHIES anyone?

@rushfan212
I believe you are thinking of Colin.
MalusCalibur 2 months ago
@MalusCalibur I was, I could never remember his name, but I always remember(and correct me if im wrong) that Colin was Grits son.

I'm pretty sure Neotanks were invented by Aperture Science. They do have that lemony scent to them.

0:27 I always thought it was a large sausage pizza with thick crust.
0:45 So if you use Sturm in the war room he's actually a zombie?
6:40 What's with all the Captain Planet references lately? (Not that they're bad or anything)
7:34 Death. Or more tanks.
11:38 Is it? I thought it was just a straight % of units lost, which any new unit would raise.
13:00 Not going to do the other one first? (Moji Island, I think)

@MeRMental
0:45 - He might be one anyway, given how we never see under his Vader-helmet.
11:38 - Honestly I'm not sure. I heard that it was based on the most units you lost in one turn versus how many you built in total.

0:41 - The Gatekeeper from Nightmare?
0:57 - You'll unleash a fleet of Daleks?
1:46 - Sounds like a Darkhorse superhero from the 70's.
3:30 - After trying the soft, fluffy teddy bear approach, more violence was deemed necessary.
6:44 - Matis had only this to say, "Heart!"
10:00 - It's Black Storm's superpower!
10:35 - IT'S A MASSACRE!

That map is quite harsh on the speed score I found. I S ranked it with Kanbei by Tank spam.

I've been watching too much Fire Emblem... I keep thinking you should use a unit with "Canto" to move back after attacking...

After i watched your playthrough of Sole Harbor with Jess, I really wanted to beat that map.
The first time I used Grit, big mistake. 163, C rank...
The next 1000 times I used Sturm, I finally got the 300 and was so happy. :D

@JVlunby
That's mostly why, yeah. Sami is definetely a good choice, as is Max.
