Cats are loyal but independant which I think is wonderful. Dogs constanly need reassurance and are soooo needy which is why some turn violent and have mauled and killed children.

The dogs fought off wild animals and in many cases even went into battle along side their owners when people attacked. Dogs saved millions of lives throughout history, dogs are selfless. A dog would willingly die protecting you, that is ultimate love and loyalty. A cat is more worried about itself.

My cat Cheeto brings me gifts, dead mice, a rolled up sock or a feathers. My cat Johnny knows when I'm feeling not so great, he goes and cuddles up to me and purs till my anxiety is gone......Those are things you cannot compare or put a price on.

I had a dog once but he was much to ohigh maintenance and was much too needy...it stressed me out.

One of my cats I have now goes goes into the laundry room and brings a sock to me all the time, it's weird. I dont hate cats I have three cats and one dog I just think dogs are much better.
