i dont think its fair that people compare these guys to The Libertines
Yes, The Libertines were an awesome band but just become another band show similarities to that band shouldnt put you off
I think its the differences that make The Wombats interesting, the observational lyrics arent a new route of writing but they're done with a new taste and view and thats why I like The Wombats, not to mention they definitely know how to use their instruments and voices to the full effect
