Police in England (and the rest of Britian) should have more rights to allow them to deal with riots like these. Britian has become too much of a 'Nanny State' and need a harder stance towards riots like these.

Even police in Northern Ireland have (at least a few) more rights than police in the mainland, with them being able to have support from water cannons, baton rounds etc... in extreme situations. whereas the police in England could really only stand there and try to contain the rioters.

Props to the cops for controlling themselves. After they were pushed back, the rioters then went back to where they were, however there were still a few that challenged the police.
