I may not have been alive to see Ruffian. I may not have been ab;e to see a Triple Crown winner, but I am alive in the Zenyatta Times. She is truely amazing. Go kick some butt in the Classic girl! ♥

What a nice collection of videos, this is a great video :) I am always amazed at the size of Zenyatta when she makes that wide sweeping move to the outside to demolish her competition, she is the size of a stallion VBG, God she is something beautiful to look at. I am so blessed to have had seen her in my lifetime, how lucky am I???? :)

i thinkk zenyatta is the best race horse shes better then the males and better then the fillys including rachel. rachel wins coming from the lead throught the race and zenyatta wins by coming from way far back in my opinion i think it is alot harder to out run everyone and go to the lead to win, then it is to just stay in the front and win. shes powerful and beautiful. zenyatta rocks.

i think you should of put winning colors derby in there, and genuine risk. ruffian is in a class of her own. there is no comparison. not to take anything away from zenyatta or the others but ruffian was never even touched and broke or equealed track records every time out.

@queenluciaa I do. I just don't see why RA is so "great" sure, she had a few very nice races, but Zenyatta has consistently been the best. I'm kind of upset that JJ retired her, they mismanaged her and she could have been a nice graded mare. I loved her when Hal had her, once JJ bought her it's kind of obvious that she was going to go downhill, all of "his" horses do.

She just jogs along then those ears go up and start to wiggle then she kicks it into high gear with unbelievable closing speed. The pair could easily be #1 and #2 all-time. Zenyatta is a five year old and when did she start racing in earnest? Last year? She's probably go a very well developed bone structure and strength. She's a big filly, too. I think she'll be good for a long time.
Zenyatta started in late 2007, I believe. She was a very big filly, now a mare, & they were smart enough to let her get her growth. Almost 17 hands & 1200 pounds.
of course hes an excellent horse, but i think hes not the same since the world cup. he has lost much of his speed. he is bigger now, but much of his ability is lost.

i dont understand spanish but i do know of dubai millennium and sakhee. tiznow kicked sakhees but in the breeders cup, and the two dubau horses in the derby this year, desert party and regal ransom, they were both bred here in america. dubai has nothing good to offer. dubai will never win the kentucky derby. it is an american tradition.
Great job, it was very moving to see footage of all those legendary fillies. Zenyatta really does deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as champions like Personal Ensign. She's just phenomenal. :)
