@Jokertattooo Thanks and I hope nothing was lost in the translation about the capabity of these devices interconnecting as a multiple system or as a CONSTELLATION (mimics Star Constellations,etc) They can connect in flight Way more cheaper than monolithic satellite(s) as gets it's energy/power from sky Add nanotechnology to that and you got eyes in the skies wherever they want them It still comes down to they are stealing our life, liberty and our rights to our privacy Take Care

@iwasthatdolphin Probably in some capacity I would think I would assume it measures matter waves nearer the stratosphere since they seem to manipulate that layer of the atmosphere too The cloud formations r dropping lower n lower n the troposphere seems to be pushing closer to us, then controlling the water vapour using ultra cold atoms might be a deliberate production on their part Continuous measuring would be needed for continuous control (I would think)

@iwasthatdolphin I have noticed during the winter here, that the cold seems to be more humid than it has water vapour properties Some nights, early mornings it is so cold it makes you shake, but their is absolutely no frost on the ground or on the vehicle oddly  I use to have to buy a couple of cans of defroster each year for my vehicle to quicken the melting of the ice on the car's front windshield I haven't had to use it IN OVER 5 YEARS Ulta-cold control?

Star bright, star light, well there is two strange and very bright stars that have been in the night skies for about a year, I notice, the other night, that the two bright stars were directly in line with each other, very suspicious me think.

@IWantAirClean Where I live in No Calif, my night sky is a Satellite constellation I can't even count past 100 What happened to all of the 1000's of stars in our skies? My county is Lawrence Livermore Nat's Lab's back playing yard

 Even my in laws have started to notice the Satellite that is pretty damn low in the sky to the East when they leave the Indian Casino "Jackson Rancheria" it has become so obvious of settling in at a LOW ATLTITUDE Suspicious indeed Thanks for comment
