  • Haha - something about this video just screams old-school to me. Like it's saying: "I was on YouTube back in the day when videos were made like this".

    Nice veteran points~

  • XD

it's like Spencers........ but to the EXTREME !

    oh well....

i guess everyone gots to fulfill their fantasies, play tennis, and keep themselves warm with their space heaters....

    cool field trip !

  • Ha Isn't it great how quickly technology change...You say you need tobuy film for your camera and I thought it was strange.....Arrgh the old days :)

  • Was that you buying sex toys at the end of the video ..lol..

  • I'll never tell!

  • reminds me of cheap dollar stores in america...

tons of random crap that don't make any sense next to each other for around a dollar

cept japan actually has some interesting stuff that i wouldn't mind filling my house with

  • when you cut in to the history of Sapporo clip, it reminded me of the show Three Sheets

  • Did I just see Stitch plushies there~? Uwaaaa cute! X3

The rest of the vid is interesting btw. ^.^

  • haha the crows put stones on the railways?! XD

I always said that they are too god them smart... and eeevil ^_^ bandits.

  • what do you do for work in sapporo?

  • I was just visiting.

  • 3:30 i heard maximum tune, the racing game wangan midnight club maximum tune

  • "fake boobs and poop" XD

Is that your significant other with you?

  • Pretty interesting. I like your editing and it's easy to follow with the sub-titles. What part of Japan are you living in?

  • The cute little postal bus! heehee..Omoshiroi tokoro!

  • Victor, the Nippon Ham Fighters used to be located in Tokyo and shared the "Big Egg" dome with the Giants, but recently (2004?) moved to Sapporo to find a more loyal/local audience that won't compete with the Giants. (When I first went to Japan in the '80s I became a Fighters fan just to be different from everyone else who supported the Giants. Even went to a game in 1991!)

  • Oh man, I'm all motion sick from watching this

  • I find these vidoes very interesting. As a Japanophile, I find ANYTHING about Japan highly interesting... It's also nice to see this, how do I say, 'normal' side of you. The postal trucks ARE cute too, lol.

  • I'm really looking forward to the next few episodes you're going to post, Victor. Blagh... I wanna go to Japan :(

  • thanks for the educational video, i feel like ive grown so much closer to sapporo now and man beer gardens sound like such a sweet hangout!

  • Awesome video, take care!

  • looks like nyc...only a little cleaner...same fake boobies too....

  • I love mini tours! Its like really being there!

  • We have a Japanese restaurant called Sapporo. I love that place! And you never answered my question. I'm going to start harassing you until you do. Did you get married yet or not!

  • Still single! Why you asking!? Will you shake your butt at my bachelor party?!

  • Sure! I'll make you a bachelor party video! That'll be fun! Maybe a little tame for your tastes, but I'm sure we can get some other responses to add to it :D

  • hemp tasty

  • Verrry interesting..

  • what IS it about graveyards under snow that makes then so compelling? actually pretty darn interesting (apart from the exports :p), thanks for sharing :) (mmm, just love a man in a.. what even was that.. biohazard suit??) all seemed reletively normal ann sumers/camden market stuff, till.. tennis rackets? erm, sure...

  • Oh man!!! While Japan would be a nice place to visit, I don't think I could handle the lack of space. They utilize every inch of it - inside and out. I think my senses would go into overload trying to take it all in.

  • I need a couple of those cotumes

  • haha! i like these local perspective videos. thanks for sharing.

  • Wow ... that store is like and all 1€ euro here. But here they´re manage by chinese not japanese people.

  • Buy me an educational video, will you? I feel like I'm out of the loop. Fun store.

  • Cool, very informative.

  • Interesting in spite of the warning. I never knew the Japanese were such horn-toads. Hmmmm.. wondering if that is a hypenated word. I've never actually tried to spell it. Anywho..you learn something new every day. Oh yeah, cough up the bio video. If I didn't think I would come off as a dork I would start a Victor fan club. Does just saying that make me a dork? Oh well. Keep doing what you're doing. I enjoy it all.

    Lorrie

  • Wooo. Awesome video. Thanks again for sharing.

BTW; Victor, why didn't you just call a taxi to drive you around? If it was so cold you could of called one. :-) Or are the taxi's there very expensive? Or maybe you just wanted to explore Japan on foot? ^^

Well, I'll look forward to the next episode.

    Bye Victor.

  • Hey next time go and eat some RAMEN noodles. I want to see how it looks like

  • the japanese really do love baseball?

haha that was an interesting store.

  • Weird. Why the Ham fighters?

  • Heh, one of the guys you featured on the front page said that Japanese race is the horniest race in the world. I guess your video proves his point :P. The store looks a lot like one of the dollar stores around here. Once again, thanks for giving us an inside look on Japan.

  • I was in Korea for a few months. But i was in a real small town. I didnt eat ANY of the rice, but the vegetable foods were good. My fav was Yaki Mandu.
