The Daimond Cutter was definately better. DDP hit it nice and crispy. Randy goes unwound, does a random spontanious RKO to anyone but always lands on his ass and back really hard. And most of the time he is only using 1 arm which is hardly believable if you think about it. Anyone could counter Randy's sloppy RKO. But noone could stand the Daimond Cutter. But I will say this - the RKO is a cool finisher and the cutter is the best wrestling move ever. From the Ace Cutter to the Twist Of Fate.

The Diamond cutter was pretty cool. And so is the RKO. The difference between the two is that The Diamond Cutter is a Cutter while the RKO is a jumping Cutter. While the RKO would have more impact it is easily countered since he has to take the time to jump. Also it gives the person more time to counter since it takes longer to perform than the Diamon Cutter. Still, both are freaking powerful and stealthy!
