as a exemptee I can honestly say that the MMAR proscram is a joke. Cannabis should be legal to anyone over the age of majority and anyone uder the age with dr's ok.

Medical marijuana in Canada is a joke. It's almost impossible to get unless you have cancer or are practically crippled. I have chronic back pain/headaches from an old injury, and while my doctor acknowledges pot is helping me, he says there's no way I'd get approved because I only fractured 2 vertebrae(in other words, my injury/pain isn't severe enough). It pains me to admit it, but I almost wish I lived in America because it's actually easier to get down there than up here.

if your dr is willing get him to sign and you will get your exemption.your probally cat.2 so you have to have a specialist and a gp to get your exemption and only your gp needs to agree with cannabis.

I tried getting into a compassion club (bipolar II, anxiety/depression issues, etc) but she shot it down. :(
