I love thank you cards, but I'm very lazy about sending them out. I hope I express my gratitude in other ways, though.
I can't join the book club on this round (sooooo busy) but maybe for the next book? Tweet or make another video about it to let me know what the next book is?
I do not send cards, but I do phone or message thank you.It is a pleasant courtesy to indicate appreciation and as you say, completes the link of caring.

Oh, and belated Happy Birthday, if memory serves me correctly it was earlier in June, around the 6th.
