  • totally agree man. He doesnt hit enough manditories. Ask lee priest about Kai's posing.. it's waaayy too much. Actually I wouldnt even call it posing its more like ballet.

    I mean you could really shuffle those around any way but Toney is so inconsistent, I doubt he cracks top 5 with this line up, and unless Jay just comes in Big, AND shredded, it's gonna be tough for him with these other physiques on stage. Really too early, and tough to call we'll just have to wait and see.

  • Arnold says that at almost every show man, besides, he is NOT the last word on bodybuilding. He is one of the better known, but definately not the foremost expert. He used bodybuilding to break into movies and put a book out that had no scientificly validated facts and served only to teach you how to overtrain. Kai Greene is a horrendous poser, he barely hits any poses an just flutters about the stage like a fag. Have you seen any of Mohammed Makkawy's posing routines? Shits all over Gay Green.

  • i don't know, if Haney Rambod can create Ronnie Coleman, i think a little of what he did to Ron might rub off on Jay, his time is nearing though, i do believe he will retire in the next 5 years. the competition is getting tough; Phil, Dex, Dennis, Silvio, and i think in a couple of years Evan Centopani will be up there, oh and we'll see about Kai after the 09' Arnold.

  • im a steroid user personally, and ive been around this bodybuilding shit for a long time. But i sincerely think cutler is injecting synthol. his side delts are so.. pointing. and thats why he cant get shredded anymore cause hes full of oil. Dexter has brought bodybuilding back to where it needs to be. shape, symmetry and separation AND muscle mass.

  • dude I 100% agree with you, same with alot of the guys, like victors biceps. So fake its crazy lol. Most people can't accept that many bodybuilders at the top do it. I think it also has some thing to do with him screwing his cycling up so that he retains alot of water. Especially in his back, hence the old man rolls in his lower back lol :)
